Thrive Brands emerged from a simple observation: too many brilliant adaptogenic products struggle in the marketplace simply because their branding didn’t match their efficacy.

As a specialized division of Bradbury Brand + Design Experts, guided by Catharine Bradbury’s 30-year legacy of award-winning creative excellence, Thrive was born to champion a category where brands aren’t just products on a shelf, they’re symbols for a world seeking balance. Founder, CEO & Creative Director

Catharine is the founder and creative director of Thrive Brands. With over 30 years of experience building brands people believe in, she’s become known for her strategic thinking, creative leadership, and the development of the Brand Imprint process — a framework that helps clients uncover the values, personality, and purpose behind their brand. A passionate brand steward and coach, Catharine’s approach blends strategy and design to create authentic, lasting impact. Her award-winning portfolio spans diverse industries, including over 40 Canada Post stamps, more than 300 design awards, and multiple national and international jury roles.

Bill Schwarz

Partner, VP Brand Strategy +

Bill brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. He draws on over 20 years of senior management experience, post-graduate research in organizational wellness, and certifications in brand management, professional change management and Lean Six Sigma. A self-described life-long learner, Bill consumes white papers on leadership and branding and distils them into practical wisdom. His thought leadership provides valuable insights into the human side of branding. By helping clients map out the customer journey and identify key touchpoints, he lays the foundation for building brands people believe in.

Bree is a multidisciplinary designer and packaging specialist known for blending artistry with strategy. She crafts packaging that doesn’t just stand out, it communicates by engaging audiences at every touchpoint. Her social media fluency infuses that same storytelling energy across digital channels, building brands that feel both intentional and alive. Energized by Bradbury’s collaborative pace, Bree thrives on turning creative ideas into cohesive brand experiences.
